골다공증의 파노라마방사선사진상 진단학적 매개변수에 관한 연구

Abstract
결론
하악골의 골질을 평가할 수 있는 파노라마 방사선 사진상의 진단학적 매개변수를 알아보고
자 요추부의 골밀도와 하악의 파노라마방사선 사진상에서의 여러 가지 매개변수와의 관계를
연구하기위해 하악이공부에서 하악하연의 피질골의 두께를 하악하연에서 이골하연까지의 거
리로 나눈값인 panoramic mandibular index(PMI), 하악우각부에서의 피질골의 두께, 하악상
행지 후연의 가장 두꺼운 부위에서의 피질골의 두께 그리고 잔존치아수 등을 비교해 보았
다. 요추부의 골밀도와 PMI값의 상관관계가 상관계수에 의한 표본분산내에 위치할 가능성
이 가장 큰 38%였으며 우각부가 34%, 상행지 후연이 19%, 잔존치아수가 15%로 나타나서
PMI와 하악우각부의 피질골의 두께가 요추부골밀도와의 상관관계에서 다른부위보다 비교적
연관성이 더 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The osteoporosis is a disease that represents a reduction in the volume of bony tissue
relative to whole bone volume. And mandible also may be affected. Such porotic
mandible may influence the result of the surgery like dental implant surgery relating
mandible. So, the author examed the panoramic view of 89 persons for finding the
possibility of useful diagnostic parameters of osteoporosis. To know the correlationship
between the condition of vertebra and mandible, bone marrow density of lumbar spine
from 2nd to 4th, and the number of residual tooth, panoramic mandibular index(PMI),
angular cortical bone thickness(ACT) and ramus cortical bone thickness(RCT) were
compared.
The result is that PMI and ACT have similiar relative weak linear correlationship,
RCT have very weeks linear correlationship, the number of residual tooth have not
linear correlationship.
